Self-catering accommodation is available to potential buyers in the three Ingwelala guest cottages. Advance booking is essential. Payment for the first viewing day is refundable if a successful sale is concluded. The entrance fee to the Reserve is always a non-refundable charge of R 80,00 per person.
We do ask first-time visitors to join established members in observing Bush Etiquette to assist us in preserving the balance of nature in the Reserve.
Please note that all visitors are required to get an exit permit from Reception prior to departure. Failure to do so will prevent your departure through the main control gate of the Associated Private Nature Reserves.

Sale of Bungalows:
Share Blocks may be sold in one of the following manners:
a) Granting the Company a sole mandate
b) Appointing an outside agent
c) Arranging a private sale
The costs involved are as follows:
- If sold by the Company, 3% of Purchase Price
- Secretarial Fees (payable to the Transfer Secretaries), R4 500 + VAT
- Stamp Duty exempt
- Under b and c above, if required, cost of reserve staff to show buyers around at R 250 per hour or part thereof
Member Registration: A once-off charge of R 2 750 for the registration of each new member. Authorised Users are registered free of charge.
