Amelia Mahlalele joined the Workshop Team in May 2019, assisting with airport transfers, preparing Members game viewers, administration and relief duties at the stores & forecourt.
Raised in Acornhoek, Amelia attended school and matriculated from Shobiyane Senior Secondary School. Amelia has three younger brothers and a three year old daughter, named Bokang.
Amelia was introduced to Ingwelala by her Aunt, Selinah Chiloane, whom you have all known for a long time, Amelia used to visit her Aunt at Ingwelala during the school holidays.
Ingwelala is special to Amelia who appreciates the tranquillity and beauty of the bush veld. Lions are a firm favourite, especially lionesses, because they are the main hunters, despite male lions being regarded as Kings of the Jungle. Vegetation wise, Amelia enjoys marula trees because her late Grandmother used to make delicious jam from the marula fruit.
When asked about personal interests and hobbies, Amelia explained she enjoys meeting new people and spending quality time with her family.
On the sports front, Amelia enjoys watching football and is a huge Kaiser Chiefs supporter/fan.
Previous work experiences include working as an assistant in the printing industry with the printing of T-shirts, flyers and CVs’. A personal goal is to be an electrical engineer one day.
