Two-Boy Sithole joined the Conservation Team in March 2008. Initially employed as a Field Assistant, Two-Boy acquired his Code 10 Driver Licence. He plays an important role in the Conservation Team as a Tractor Driver and relief truck driver when required.
Two-Boy’s family home is in the Loinhlu part of Acornhoek where he grew up with his older brother. Their father is a deputy manager employed by SAPPI, in the Nelspruit region. He has has five children ranging from one to 16 years of age.
When asked what he enjoys most about the working environment at Ingwelala, Two-Boy explained it is a combination of contributing factors such as a lack of crime, he enjoys working on the conservation projects in the field (including all the road maintenance work on his tractor) and he is proud of the administration and members area infrastructure, paying special tribute to Moses and Timothy who he believes do a fantastic job maintaining the swimming pool and general grounds. A keen football supporter, Kaiser Chiefs comes up trumps. Locally, Two-Boy is a leader and coordinator in the combined Ingwelala & Motswari football team, where he is selected at position number 6, mid-field centre.
Elephants are his favourate animal, as he gets to chase them out of camp every day! The Marula tree tops his tree list because of the beer, jam and jelly that can be made from the fruit.
